Biography 

Sudhir Kumar Singh is Associate Head and Associate Professor of the Chemical Engineering Department at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET), Patiala. As an Assistant Professor, he joined the department on June 1, 2012. Sudhir worked as a project semester coordinator in the chemical engineering department from 2014 to 2015 and UG- program coordinator from September 2016 to July 2021. He has been the Ph.D. coordinator in the department since August 2021. Sudhir worked as a DAE-ICT scientist at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Matunga, Mumbai, India, for a year before joining the TIET, Patiala. Sudhir's research mainly focuses on computational nanoscience, nanoporous materials, adsorption, biodegradable polymers, and thermodynamic properties of bulk and nanoconfined fluids.
